Vultr 免费 VPS 套餐详细信息为：1 vCPU，0.5 GB 内存，10GB 存储，2TB 流量，1 个 IPv4 地址。

- Plus 2 TB of free global bandwidth

This is an early access release. We are prioritizing access for users who request it by completing the form, and will be incrementally granting access to users who sign up for Vultr with a business email address. You can learn more about the program’s eligibility and admission process here.
申请 Vultr 免费 VPS 账户要求：1、账户绑定信用卡；2、开启双因素身份验证。提交申请之后等待商家审核，老账户好像没绑卡也能申请，但是能不能通过就不知道了，目前据说像甲骨文那样永久免费。（永久有多久，有待时间去验证）
申请后会提示「Application Received. If you are admitted into the program, you will be notified by email as well as here.」，等待审核即可，目前未知会有多少用户能通过。
如果还没有注册过 Vultr，可以新用户注册获取 $100 美元试用金到账户，该余额使用有效期 14 天，过期清零。
